Creating an account will allow you to see the current status of your claim(s) and provides useful information such as contact information for your Claims Manager and Claims Processor.

Please note you will only be able to create an account if you provide a "GD Number" provided to you in a Letter sent to you.

Your "GD Number" or "GID" is located at the bottom left of the letter you received from us. If you do not have this number please contact us via the toll-free number provided in the letter. You may add additional claims to your account after registering using the "Add Claim" option under the My Claims tab.

If you received a letter with a "MMS" number
please contact us via the phone number on the letter and we will create your account and tell you more about what we have located for you.
